The recently released CIA reports will absolve them of any crime due to the fact that George Bush and Donald Rumsfelt okayed the torture techniques that were video taped from that prison in 2005. Lynndie England was also charged and convicted and sentenced to three years in a military prison on parole in one and a half years later.
Charles Graner is serving a 10 year sentence will appeal his sentencing and his lawyer states he could never have acted without approval. It is not surprising that Republicans want to keep this quiet since their reputation is ruined and the rogue government of George Bush is now just being revealed to the public.
